Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to Klype's marketing-intelligence, content and outreach services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account security and for activity performed through your credentials. Tell Klype promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

You may use Klype for lawful business and professional purposes. You must not:

• send spam, deceptive messages, harassment or unlawful marketing;
• scrape, process or contact people without a lawful basis where one is required;
• upload material you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to bypass security, usage limits or access controls; or
• use the service to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

4. Outreach responsibility

Klype can help identify public signals and prepare messages. You remain responsible for your recipient list, lawful basis, sender identity, message content, unsubscribe handling, suppression lists and compliance with platform rules and applicable marketing laws.

5. AI-generated output

Generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. Review factual claims, rights, permissions, brand requirements and legal obligations before publishing or sending it. Klype does not guarantee business, engagement, reply or revenue outcomes.

6. Your content and Klype technology

You retain rights in content and business information you provide. You grant Klype the limited rights needed to host, process and return that material while providing the service. Klype retains rights in its software, workflows, models, interface and service documentation. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you.

7. Plans and payment

Paid features, usage limits, renewal periods, taxes and cancellation terms are shown at purchase or in an order form. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

8. Service changes and availability

Klype may change or discontinue features and may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Planned improvements will be made with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, non-payment, unlawful conduct or material breach. You may stop using Klype at any time. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, confidentiality and liability survive termination where applicable.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klype is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the previous twelve months. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
