1. Scope
This policy explains how Klype handles personal information when you visit its website, create an account or use its marketing-intelligence, content and outreach services.
2. Information Klype processes
- account details such as name, email, role and authentication information;
- business, product, ICP, positioning and brand-voice information you provide;
- prompts, recordings, generated drafts, edits and publishing instructions;
- connected-service identifiers, permissions and encrypted credentials;
- billing, subscription and transaction records; and
- device, security, usage, error and audit-log information.
If Outreach is enabled, Klype may also process professional information and public buying signals from sources selected by the customer. Preview records shown before live connectors are enabled are not real prospects.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, create requested outputs, maintain product intelligence, support integrations, process payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, meet legal obligations and improve Klype based on aggregate usage and feedback.
4. AI and service providers
Requested content may be processed by configured AI providers. Klype minimizes or masks personal information before AI processing where the product supports it. Infrastructure, database, monitoring, payment, email and AI providers process information only to provide their contracted services and under their own security and privacy terms.
5. Sharing
Klype does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, an organization administering your workspace, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a merger, financing or acquisition subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
6. Retention
Account and workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service. Some records may be kept longer for security, billing, dispute, backup and legal purposes. Retention periods will be shortened where information is no longer reasonably necessary.
7. Security
Klype uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, logging and software-security practices designed to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Notify Klype through the published support channel if you suspect an account or data incident.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or export of personal information, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may disconnect integrations and control publishing permissions in the product. Klype may verify identity before completing a request.
9. International processing
Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, Klype will use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
Klype is a business service and is not directed to children.
11. Contact and updates
Privacy requests can be submitted through the support channel inside Klype or the contact method published on klype.io. Material policy changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying account owners.
